NOELIA was one of the galgos that was “hanged” from a fence just outside a friends home. Incredibly, she’s not traumatized, only scared of brooms. She was totally dehydrated and undernourished.
She’s a very cheerful galga, playful, kind, affectionate and loves to be with people and also with other dogs. She gets on well with everyone.
