Verdino

An old galguero started to suffer from mental illness and thus could not take care of his dogs anymore. His family members asked the police for help. Fortunately the owner signed the dogs over to the Auffangsstations name and then to Galgo Freedoms name. We managed to find a provisional fosterfamily in La Puebla de Cazalla until we had space for them at our foster family in Málaga.

VERDINO is a great dog. He’s insecure when he meets strangers, but vey gentle and playful when he feels confident. He is obedient, comes when called and is gaining in confidence every day.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2020:
VERDINO trusts people now. He loves to play with the other dogs and gets on well with all of them.
He has character, is affectionate, calm, but when he plays he goes full-speed!
